My name is Jeremy and I live in Chicago, IL. In my day job, I work at WireSpring Technologies, which makes software for digital signage displays and touchscreen kiosks. I spend a lot of time helping make our software easy-to-use, as well as working with customers to develop self-service applications that are intuitive and effective. This blog is about how small things can make a big difference in the user experience. I cover product and application design, usability testing, user guides, and all the other things that go into creating an experience that people can enjoy.
