My name is Jeremy and I live in Seattle, WA. In my day job, I work at WireSpring Technologies, which makes software for digital signage and touchscreen kiosks. I spend a lot of time helping make our software easy-to-use, as well as working with customers to develop self-service applications that are intuitive and effective. With that said, the opinions on this site are entirely my own, and don’t reflect the likes, dislikes, or pet peeves of my employer.

This blog is about how small things can make a big difference in the user experience. I cover product and application design, usability testing, user guides, and all the other things that go into creating an experience that people can enjoy. Along the way, I also like to point out the attributes that separate mediocre products from great ones.
